NewsCrestle comments should help readers exchange experience, identify errors, ask useful questions, and add relevant context. Disagreement is welcome when it addresses ideas and evidence rather than attacking people.
Constructive participation
Use a clear account identity, stay relevant, explain claims, disclose material relationships, respect privacy, and quote only what is needed. First-hand marketplace experience is valuable when it is described honestly and not presented as universal.
Prohibited material
Threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, unlawful instructions, malware, repetitive promotion, coordinated manipulation, and copyright infringement are prohibited. Personal financial, identity, or authentication information must not be posted.
Moderation
New comments may wait for review. Moderators can approve, reject, hide, edit only for narrowly disclosed reasons, or mark spam. Context, severity, evidence, and repetition guide decisions. Immediate risk may be escalated to appropriate authorities.
Reports and appeals
Use the report feature or contact page with the comment URL and reason. A user may appeal an enforcement decision once with relevant context. Reports submitted to harass another participant may themselves lead to restrictions.
