European Commission and Telecom Leaders Launch EURO-3C Sovereign Cloud and AI Infrastructure

The European Commission and a consortium of industrial telecommunications leaders officially inaugurated the EURO-3C initiative today, creating a federated, sovereign cloud-to-edge AI computing infrastructure across European Union member states. Capgemini formally joined the initiative alongside Telefónica to deploy interoperable data processing nodes designed to secure critical European enterprise and public sector data.
